A fully automated daily content production system — from AI script generation to cross-platform publishing on YouTube and Instagram, with conditional logic, error handling, and logging built throughout.
This pipeline was built to run a faceless content channel on autopilot — generating, producing, and publishing short-form video content every day without manual intervention. The system handles the full production chain: writing the script, creating the video, generating a thumbnail, uploading to multiple platforms, logging the result, and sending status notifications at each stage.
It uses conditional path logic throughout — so if a step succeeds, the content moves forward to publishing; if something fails, a fallback path triggers an email notification instead of silently breaking. This is not a linear automation — it's a branching system with 6 decision paths and real error handling.

At full capacity with paid tool access, this pipeline runs completely hands-off: every day at a set time, it generates a script, produces a video with AI voiceover and visuals, creates a custom thumbnail, uploads to YouTube with an optimized title and description, cross-posts to Instagram, logs the result to a tracking sheet, and sends a confirmation email — all without a single manual step.
The same architecture can be adapted for any content-driven business — product updates, newsletters, social media scheduling, or client reporting pipelines. The pattern is the same: trigger → generate → produce → publish → log → notify.
