Underneath every build is Administrative & Operational VA support: a real person monitoring operations live during working hours, so nothing slips through.
I've deployed live AI agents on Facebook Messenger and portfolio websites that qualify leads 24/7 through natural conversation — logging to Google Sheets and sending instant alerts without any manual input. Before my automation work, I handled 20,000+ government records at the Department of Social Welfare and Development — building the data discipline and accuracy that I bring to every client engagement today.
